Ahmed Said - Advisor
Mr. Said is a Professional Engineer and his background includes operational and senior management roles in the oil & gas industry, both domestically and internationally. His recent focus has included corporate strategy development and host government negotiations. He is concurrently the President & CEO of Vast Exploration Inc. and the President Oil & Gas Group of Forbes & Manhattan Inc., a private merchant bank. He is also the director of several public and private companies. Mr. Said holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada.
Fari Goodarzi - Advisor
Dr. Goodarzi’s background includes over 40 years of technical and management roles with public, private and government corporations. Fari managed and successfully conducted various regional hydrocarbon evaluation studies in frontier basins such as Arctic Canada. He has extensive experience in the exploration of conventional and unconventional oil, gas & coal resources. Dr. Goodarzi holds a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Geology and Geochemistry from University of Newcastle-Upon Tyne in England and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
Maurice Colson - Advisor
Mr. Colson has worked in the investment industry for more than 35 years and was for many years managing director for a major Canadian investment dealer in the United Kingdom. He is actively involved in providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies in Canada and to Canadian companies operating internationally. He sits on the board of directors of several TSX and TSX Venture listed companies and is the former President and CEO of Lithium One Resources. Mr. Colson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Stan Bharti - Advisor
Mr. Bharti is the President of Forbes & Manhattan Inc. He has over 25 years of business, management and financial experience. Over the last ten years, Mr. Bharti has been involved in the creation, acquisition, restructuring, and financing of a large number of resource companies globally. Transactions have included acquisitions in Europe, Australia, Africa, and North America. He holds two Masters of Science degrees in Mining Engineering from Moscow, Russia and London, England.
